Thet the petitionee proposes a reclassification of the ebi~ve desccibed property from the R-A9 Residential Agricultural, Zone, to the R-3, Multiple Family Resident9.a1, Zone to permit the establish- ment of a two-story apartment building with carports on :~ubject propertya 2. Thet the proposed reclessificetion of subject p:operty is necesssiry end/or desirable for the orderly ~nd pra per development of the ca,nmunity. 3. NOW, TfiEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'JED that the Anaheim City Pleaning Commission does hereby cecommend to the City Council of the City of An.heim that subject Petition for Reclassi£~caUon be approved and, by so doing, thet Tifle 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Nlunicipel Code be amended to exclude the abova desciibed property from the R-A, Residential Agriculturai, Zone and to incorporate said described property in the R-3y Multiple Family Residential, T.one upon the following conditions which are hereby found to ; be a necessary prerequisite ;,o the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve thA safety and general weJ.fare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimo 1.
