WHERFAS, the City Planning Commiss-~on did initiate and conduct a public hearing on the
5th day of August, 1963, notice of said pubiic hearing havir~~ been duly givan as required
by law and in accordarice with •the provis"' ~ of the A~aheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18~64,
to hear and consider evidence for and ac,~ ~t said proposed delet'ion and addition, and to
investigate and make findings and recomrr~endat.ions in connectiori•the•rewith; and
WHFREAS9 Code Section 18,,640020 (3) statesa "1'he following uses are determined to be
i~compatib'le with, and ~hall n~+ he al]~~NPd ~n, the "R-0","R-7."y "R.-2", and "R-3" Zones but may
be permitted in "R-A"y "C"9 and °'M" Zonesy subject to cond3tional use perm~t, pro-
vided that no cond3t;ional use permit shall be required in anY zune in ~vhich such use is
specif:cally and ur,cond'iiionaliy permittedg (~t) Trailer Parks~" 3nd
;rtHERFAS9 it was deemed necessary to deiete said subsection from an incorrect catagory
in order to provide f'or the orde•riy adm3nistxation of said sectiong and
WHERI:AS, Code Sectfon 18a64d020 (2) statesc "The following uses ~re determined to be
inr.ompatib'le with, and sha1:~ not be a'llowed in,the "R-U", "R-1", and "R-2" Zones, but may be
permitte~3 in the "R-.A"y "R-3", "C"y and "M" Zones, sub3ect to conditional use permit, provided
that no conditional use permit sha'l1 be •required in any zone in which such use is specifically

WHERFAS~ it was deemed necessary to add "(d) Trailer Parks" as an additional sub-sec~tion
in Section 18~64e020 (2d) to provide for •the orderly administration of said section; and

additf~n +..o Sectiott 18064 ~at a R~gn3ar Meei:ing on Augus± 5; 19630
NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVID that the City' Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Couttcil of the City of Anaheim the adoption of Amendment to Title Eighteeny
Chapter 18~64 by the deletion of Section 18~640020 (3~~t) "Trailer Parks"9 and the addition
of Section 18o64a020 (2-d), "Trailsr Parks"~
