~; BUT THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBID AS "EXIiIBIT A" SHALL BE REPLACID WITH THE ATTACHID "EX[-IIBIT A",

~~ WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission did hold a punlic hearing at the City Hall in ~~
? the City of Anaheim on May 139 1963, and hear aad consider evidence for and aqainst said ;
petition for Conditional Use Permit No„ 4239 end did make findings and require conditions
in connection therewith; and

WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commission did grani: Fetitiion for Conditional Use Permit "
Noo 423 in Resolution Noo 768, Series 1962-63y dated May 13, 1963, subject to conditionsj and
WHERFAS, upon investigation by the City Attornoprs office relative to formulating the
resolution covering subject property and the reclassification of subject property by Ordinance,
did determine that "Exhibit A' reforred to as the descrpition of certain real praperty was
erroneous; and
WFIERFAS, in the legal notices of the public hearings of both the Ci•ty Planning '
Com~nission and the ~ity Council, said property had been properly advertiseda 7
NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVID tnat "Exhibit A" attached hereto9 shall be deemed the `~'
true description of certain reel property in the g•ranting of Conditional Use Permit Noo 4239
and shall replace that originally attached to Resolution Noo 767, Series 1962-63a
