A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CSTY OF ANAHEIM P.MENDING RESOLUTION N0, 820,
SERIES 1963-64~ BY TFZE AMENDMENT TO OONDITION NOS, 2 AND 3 IN THE GRANTING OF CONDITIONAL USE

WEfiEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Coromission did hold a public hearing on July 3, 1
1963 at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said Commission did grant Conditionel Use Permit Noo 443 sub~ect to conditions; and
'WHEREAS, upon request of the petitloner for clarification of Condition Noso 2 and 3 of
Resolution Noo 820, Series 1963-64~ and
WHEREAS, said Commission did review their actions at the r egular meeting held on August
5, 1963, and did deem it necessary to amend Condition Noso 2 and 3 of Resolution Noo 820,
Series 1963-640
NOVJ, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVID that in tne Approval of Conditional Use Permit Noo d43,
that Condition Noso 2 and 3 of Resolutior, Noe 820, Series 1963-64 shall be amended to read
as followse
"2. That sub~ect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
sp~cifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Nose 1, 2, and 3",
provided that the proposed buildings shall be moved northerly so as to provide a
minimum fifteen (15) foot southerly side yard, and further tl~at a'fivo (5j foot land-
scaped area ad~acent to ~the southerly property line, except within the parking area,
shall be providede
3a That a five and one-half (5+}) foo~ masonry wall be 'constructed along the south
property line to conform to the existing five and one-quarter (5~) foot masonry
wall along the westerly property 1ine, prior to final building inspe~.tion."
