A RESOLUTION OF TkIE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1600 SE GRANTED
WHEREAS the C~itY PlenninB~Commission of the City of Anaheim did :eceive a verified Petition for Variance

Owrters; SANBORN CHRYSLER~ 17612 Beach Boulevard, Huntington Seach, California, Agent of cer-
tain real property situ~ted ?n the C?ty of Anaheim; Countv of Orange, State of California,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City oE Aneheim
on AugUSt 19~ 2953, et 2:~Q o'clock P.h1., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
by lew and in accrocdence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and ageinst seid proposed varience and !o inves~igate and make :indings end cecommendafions in connec-
tion therewlth; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, aEter due inspectian, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf,
and efter due considewtion of all evidence and cepods offered es said heering, does find and dete~nnine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner cec~uests a ve:iance from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 18.32.120 whiCh
requires 14 pa'rking spaces in a garage to permit the construction of carports on subject
property.
2. Thet there sre exceptional or extcao:dinery ci:cumatences or conditions appliceble to the propecty involved
or to fhe intended use of the propeety that do not apply generally to the property or cless of uae in the aeme vicinity

NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT F2ESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commiscion does hereby grant sabject
Petition for Varience, uoon the following conditions which ere heceby found to be e necessery precequisite to the pro-
posed use of ihe subject propeity in order to pceserve the sefety end generel welfeze of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim.
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file.in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to f3tta1 building inspection.
2. That this Variance is granted sub3ect to the completion of Reclassif ica-tion
No. 60-61-76. '
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Noso 1 through 6. .
4. That the interior walls of the proposed carports shall be finished with exterior
building materials, that enclosed storage cabinets shall be installed along the rear v~all of
each carport, and that suitable bumper guards shall be installed to protect the interior
walls of the proposed carports, all of which shall be done prior to final building inspection.
