easterly by the westerly line of Alvy Street, 54.00 feet wide, as shown on a map of Tract
No. 2381, recorded in book 69, pages 15f 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Mapsy records of said
Orange~ County,'southerly b~• the rtortherly line of the alley, 20.00 feet wide, lying northerly
of lot 6 of said Tract No. 2361 and westerly by a line parallel viitr~ and 170.06 feet easterly,
measured at right angles, from the centerline of Euclid Avenue, as said centerline is shown

August 19~ 19~3~ at 2:00 o'clock P.hi, nottce of seid public hearing heving been duly given ae required by
law and in eccordaace with the provisIons of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
far end egeinst seid pPoposed reclass3fication end to invesUgate end maice findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, inveatigetion, end s4udy made by itself end in ite behalf, and
efter due consideretion of ell evidence and reports offered et seid heering, does fird end determine the following fecta:
1. Thet the petitianer proposes e reclasaiiicetion of the above described property from the R-A~ Residential.
Agricult,u~al, Zone to the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone, to permit the construction
of two single family residences on sub~ECt propertya
2. That the proposed reelassification of subject pcoperty is necessery and/or desireble tor the orderly and pro-
per development of the community.
