RECOMMENDING TQ THE CITY COUZCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Reclessifica-
tionfcom ANAVIL QORPORATION~ 867 South Los Angeles Street, AnaheimT California, Owners;
HARRY F. GRIFFITH, 887 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, Coun~y cf Orange, State of Cali:~ornia, described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plear.ing Commission did hold e public headng at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
August 14~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law nnd in eccordence with the provlsions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and coneider evidence
for and ageinst said ptopesed reclessificetioa and to investigete and meke findings end cecommendetions in connectxon
therewith; and
~VHEREAS, seid Commission, aEter due inspection, :nveatigetion, end stndy made by itaelf end in its behelf, and
efter due consideration of all evidence end reporta offered at snid hearing, does find and determine'tte following facts:

Agricultural, Zone to the R-1, One Family Residential, Zono to permit thp construction of
two single family residences on subject property.
