A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OON~vIISSION DF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDZNG.~ THE
CITY ~LNCZL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF PEfITIONS FOR ~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOS. 344 AND 349

WHEREAS, the City Council referred back to the City Planning Commission on February
26, 1963; Petitions for Conditional Use Pexmit Noa 344 and 349 for a complete report con-
cerning £acilities on.all of the R-1 lc+ts in the vicinity of subject petitions; and
WHEREAS9 the Petitioner no l~nger desires to establish the requested use of property
considered in Petition for Ccnditional Use Permit No> 344; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did initiate a public hearing to consider for
reclassification and conditional use.permit, the establishment of trailer park use of
properties.considered.in Petition fox.Conditional Use Permit No. 349; and
WHERFAS, the City Planning Co~mnission did consider at said public hearing all evidence
relative to properties considered in Petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 349; and
WHERFAS, the City Planning Commission did deny thro+agh Petition for Conditional Use
Permit No. 45i, the.establishment of trailer park use on properties originally considered>~
under Petition for Conditional Use Permit Noo 349, described as Lot No. 1, Block 2, and,='
Lot No. 2, Block 3, of Tract Noo 419. ,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE 3T RESOLVID, that it is hereby recommended to the City Council of'`=.
the City of Anaheim that Petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 344 be terminated because
the petitioner no longer desires to establish trailer park use on said property, and that
Petition for Conditional Use Permit Noe o49 also be terminated because it has been duplicated
by Conditional Use Permit No. 457 by w?iich the Planning Commission took action of denial'
in Resolution No. 874, Series 1963-64 on August 19, 19630
