' C i ~ RESOLUTION NO. 8909 ScRIFS 1963-64 ___ _ A RESOLUTION QF THE CtTY PLANNIPTG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 463 gE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did r~ceive a verified PetiUon for Conditional Use Permitfrom ALBERT LANE FECHTER, 16411 Heim Avenue, Ro:a~e 2, Crange, California, Owner; RICHFIII.D OIL OORFORATION9 645 South Mariposa Avenue, Los Angeles 5, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the North 185 feet of the East 185 feet of the Northeast~.~uarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Ranye 11 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof -recorded in book 51, page 7, et seqo, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange Ccunty ; and WHEREAS, fh~: City Planning Cummission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on September 4~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requited by law and in accocdere:a with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditionel use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendetions in connection therewith; end . WHEREAS, said Commission, after due lnspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf, and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find and deter~ine the following facts: I. That the pcoposed use is properly one for which a Condit#.onel,Uae Permit is au8iorized by this Code, to wit: canstruct steel canopies over existing.pump islandse 2. That t_~e proposed use wiil ttot edversely e£fect_the edjoining land uses end the growEh and development of the azea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the proposed use in e mannet not detrimental to the perticuler area :~~r ta tlie peace, health, safety, and general welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. . 4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detriroentel to the peace, health, safety, and gene~al welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5o That the traffic qenerated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highH~ays designed and improved ta carry the traffic in the area. 6. That the curbs and gutters9 and damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks, shall be repaired along LaPalma Avanue and Magnolia Avenue, as requixed by the City Engineer and in accordance with stsnd.ird plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, prior to final bui.lding inspectiono 2.
