PC 1963-1964-892i; . x , ,~ ¢: i~ Y I ~ ; 's lJ` RESOLUTION N0..~9?~ SERI]-S_ 1963-~64 A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1595 BE GRANT~,D WHEREAS, the City Plnnning Com~aission of the City of Anaheim did -eceive a verified Petition for Vadance from EUGENIA CURRIE, et al, 1727 West Catalpa, Anaheim, California9 Owners; JOHiJ Do VON DER HEIDE9 924 North Euclid Street, Anahiem, California9 Agent of certain real pxoperty, situated ir, the City oF Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the East 357078 feet of the North 2 a^res ef the South 4 acres of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of. the northeast quartex of Section.8y Township 4 South, Range 10 West, as per map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said covnty ; and WHERE/#S, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on oeptember 49 19639 at 2:06 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in ecrnrdance with the p:ovisions of the Anaheim Municipcil Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider evidence for and egain~t said proposed veriance and to inves~igete aad make findings and cecommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, snd study made by itself and in its behelf, end after due consideration of all evidence and xepo.:s offesed as seici hearing, does find end determine the following Eects: 1. That tha~ petitioner requests a variance from the Anahe:m Munir.ipel Code: SeCtion 18a 04.030 (1) which stipulates the minimum off-street parking etandaxds for retail stores, to permit the con- struction of a furniture store witn waivPr of ±ha req~ai.red parking on subject propertya 2. That there are exceptionel or extraordinary ciccumstences or conditions applicabie to the property involved ' or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generally to ihe propecty or class of use in the seme vicinity end zone. 3. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservntion and enjoyment of a substential property right possessed by other p:operty in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file.in the office of the Director of Public Works prior to final building inspection. 2o That Variance Noe 1595 is ~ranted subject to the completion of Reclassification Noe 63-64-130 3.
