NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hernhy gzant subJect
Petition for Conditional Use Peimit, upon the folJ.owing conditions which a:e hereby found to be a necessary p:erequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and genecal welfare ofthe Citizens ofthe
City of Aneheim:
lo That the sidewalks shall be installed along Brookhurst Street, as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office
of the City Engineer, prior to final building inspectiono
2o That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file in the offi.ce o£ the Director of Public Works, prior to .final Uuilding inspectione
3~ That the owner of subject property shall pay to the ~ity of Anaheim the sum of $2000
per front foot, along Brookhu.rst Street, for street lighting purposeso
4o That Condition Noa 39 above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of
180 days from date hereof, or such furi~her time as the Commission may granto
5o That subject property shall be developEd substantially in accordance with plans
and specif ications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exh~bit Noo ia
