That the size and shepe of the site ptoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the ' pcoposed use in a manner not detrimenYal to tiie particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. . 4. Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditians which are hereby found to be a necessary peerequisite : to the proposed use of the subject property in order to p:eserve the safety end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim: lo That the owners of subject property shail pay to the Ciiy of Anaheim the sum of $25000 per dwelling unit, to be used for pzrk and recreai:ion purposes9 said amount to be paid•'~ at the time the buildin; permit is issuedo 2o That trast, storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspectiono 3o That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and datermined ~o~b2 necessary by the Chief of the Fixe ~epartment, to be installed prior to final building inspection. ' 4o That this Conditional Use Permit is g ranted subject to the completion of Reclassification Noo 63-64-290 5.
