A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~OMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONI3ITIOP;AL USE PERM~T474 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City P2anning Commission of the City of Aaaheim did receive a veriued Petition for Conditicnel
Use Permitfrom MARIO MERCURIO, Post Office Box 252, Fullerton, California, Owner; STEPHEN
Ao HERNISHINa 535 Citadel Lane, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property sit-
uated in the City of Anaheimy County of Orange, State of California9 described as Lot
Nosa 8& q, Block C, in the Center Tract, and further described as 332 East Center9 Ana-
heim9 California

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim an
September 16y 1963y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in eccordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal cade, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, aftet due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself snd in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evideace end reports offeeed et said hea:ing, does find and detettnine the following fects:
1. That the proposod nse ia pmperly one for which a Con'dt!onal.Uae Permit is enthorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a famiiy billiard center and waiver of required parking on subject propertyo
2. That the proposed use will aot edve~aely a£fect the adjoining land uses and the growth nnd davelopment of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and ahape of the site proposed ior the use is adequate to allow the £ull development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental tQ the particular ecea nor to thr; peace, health, sefety, and generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the grenting oi the Conditionel Use Permit~under the condittons imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peece, health, safery, end general welfere o~F the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

IdOW, THEREFaRE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Meheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upan the following conditions which ere heceby found to be e necessary p:erequisite
: to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety anii Eene:al w~lfare ofthe Citizens of the
;! City of Anaheim:
1o That subject pr~perty shall be developed subs'tantially in accordance w£th plans
and spec3fications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Noo lo
2. That a m~.nimum light level of 80 foot candle power shall be maintained at all times
and that ~aid 8Q foa•t r..;ndle power level shall be certified in writin9 by an electrical
eng3neEr at quarterly intexvals, and shali be submitted t~~ the City of Anaheim Planning
Departmento If, at any time, this candle foot power is not maintained, this Conditional
Use Pernit shall be rescinded~
3o That any window drapes be in an open position during business hours; that no
signs or obstructlon be permitted 'ir~ the windows~
4~ That the front window glass sha11 be maini:ained, st all timesy as clear glass.
5o Thai: the parking spaces proposed at the rear of the structure sha11 be striped
in accordance wi±h minimum dimens~o~is for designing off street parking la;~c;its approved
by the City of Anaheim~
6o That a statlonary sign may be permittedy but said sign must be erected in
accordance with adcpted s~c~ndar.ds~
