That if the interior streets, as shown on Exhibit Noo 1, are to be dedicated to the City of Anaheim, a trac.t map shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County. 2o That if the interior streets, as shown on Exhibit No, 1, are to be maintained as private streets the following recommendations are requireda „ ao That the interior streets be improved to City standards, including street lights, and improvement plans submitted to and approved by the City Engineero b. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land ~ thirty-two (32) feet in width from the ceni:erline of the street along Grand Avenue for street widening purposeso ca That street improvement plans shall be prepared and all engineering requirements ~ . of the City of Anaheim along Grand Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, such as curbs and :; gutters, sidewalks9 street grading and paving9 drainage facilities, or other appur- ten~nt work shall be completed as required by the City Fngineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; and that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the insta_lation of said engineering requirementse du That street lights be installed along Grand and Lincoln Avenues, in accordance to 'I City standards and a street lighting plan approved by the Director of Public Utilitieso~ ea That the property owner pay checking and inspection fees per the Anaheim Municipal Code for the processing of improvement plans and construction inspectiono ' 3. That Condition Noo 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of '~ 180 days from date hereofy or such further time as the Cormnission may grant unless a tract ~~ map is to be filedo ~ 5.
