A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CAMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REAFFTRMING RESOLUTION ~
NOo 449, SERIES 1962-639 AND RESOLUTION NOo 911, SERIES 1963-64
~ WI-TEREAS, the City Planning Co~mnission of the Gity of Anaheim did approve Conditional
~ Use Permit ATOo 283 for the construction of a multiple family planned unit development by •
Resolution No, 449, Series 1962-63; and
t WHEREAS, said action did not incorporate an approval of carport construction in
'~ lieu of garages; and
~ WHEREAS the Cit Plannin Commission of the Cit of Anaheim dld a
s y 9 y pprove the
establishment of said caxports under Resolution Noo 911, Series 1963-~64 at a duly
advertised and conducted public hearing; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit was held in abeyance to determine the need for
the waiver of the required lot width and lot areas; and
WHEREAS., said waivers fox required lot width and lot areas were subsequently with-
drawn by the petitionex on the basis that the proposed subdivision o£ the property
considered in conjunction with Tetttative Map of Tract Noa 4496 was resolved to be the
division of air spzce onlyo
NOW9 THEREE~RE BE IT RESOLVID, that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
reaffi.rm the approval of Conditional Use Permit No, 283, for the establishment of a
multiple family planned unit develapment under Resolution Noa 449, Series 1962-63, and
the construction of carports ",i lieu of garages under Resolution Noo 911, Series
1963-64, and does hereby approve the withdrawal of the request for the required lot
width and lot areas by the petitionero
