WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiseion did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in 4he City of Aneheim on

wit: zstablish a`21 by 24 foot directional sign on subject propertyo

the acea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and ahape of the site proposed for the use is a3equete to allow the full development of the
