Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-A~ Residential Agricultural, Zone to the C-19 Neighborhood Commercial, Zone for Portion "A" and the P-L, Parking Landscaping, Zone for Portion "B" to permit the ccnstruction of a six (6) unit office and commercial building with parkingo 2.
