NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Maheim City Planning Commission does heceby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following condiUons which are hereby found to be a necessary p:erequisite
to the proposed use of fl~e subject pcopectq in ozder fo presetve the safety ead general wel:are of the Citizens oE the
City of Aneheim:
1. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City'of Anaheim a strip
of land 53 feet in width from the centerline of the street along LaPalma Avenue and
Euclid Street, including a 25 foot ra.dius corner return, for street widening purposes.
2o That Condition Noo 19 above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period
of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the Cormn~ssion may grant.
