That the petitioner proposes a ceclassification of the ebove described pmperty from the R-A~ Residential Agricultural; Zone and the G2, General Commercial, Zone to the C-2, General Commercial, Zone to establish two one-story commercial office buildings and one two-story professional office buildingo 2e That the pxoposed reclassificatior~ of subject property does require dedication for and ".' standard improvement o: abutting street~ because said property does relate to and abut upon streets and highways which are proposed to carry the type and quantity of traffic, which will be ' generated by the permitted uses, in accordance with the circulation element of the General Plano '. 3.
