' WHEREAS, said Resolution Noo 768, Series 1962-63 did not specif ically find that
reduced lot frontage as 9ndicated on the approved Exhibit Noso 1 through 21 were

NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RE3JLVID that the Anaheim City Planning Commission hereby
amends Resolution Noo 768, Series 1962-63 by amending Finding Noa 7 by the addition
;;':_ of Finding Noo 9 to read as followss
;: "9o That it is the intent of the Planning Commission to waive the mittimum lot
width and frontage as indicated on Exhibit Nosa 1 through 21, previously
%;i` approved by the Commission9 said waiver being permitted under the authority i
