of Orange, State of California, as descxibed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in fuil

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Ar.eheim on ,
October 149 1963y et 2:00 o'clock P.M., aotice of said public heacing having beep duly given as required by
law end in acco:dance with the pmvisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence
for end egeinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings aad recommendetions in connection
tliexewith; and •
WHEREAS, aeid Commiseion, after due inspection, inveatigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,
ond after due consideration of all evidence end cepo:ts offered at said heering, does find end determine the following fads:
1. That the ptoposed use is properiy one for which e Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a two-story multiple family planned residential development with carports on sub3ect
propertya
2o That~ the Commission considered sub~ect petition at a previous hearinq in an attempt
to obtain adequate ingress and egress for pedestrians and vehicles, in addition +.o a living
environment constituting an improvement over a standard subdivision type of development;
that it is the policy of the Planning Commission that adequate evidence be presenteri by the
petitioner to inteZligently ~udge the meiits of any proposed Conditional Use Permity and that
said evidence was deemed unsatisfactory and incomplete to make such a decision, particularly
because the proposed plan incorporated a poor relationship between primary access and
dwelling unitso
