law end iu accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence ;
fix end against seid proposed conditioaal use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection

WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideretioa of all evideace end repotts offeced at said hearing, does find and determine the following feds:
1. That the ptoposed use is ptoperly one fat which e Conditionel Use Permf.t is authorized by this Code, to wit:
subdivision of an approved planned residential development with the requested waiver of (1)
lot area; (2).lot dimensions; (3) required yardso
2o Th~: the development of subject property has been approved as a one ownership planned
residential development and that subdivision is undesirable because of the poor relationship
of the majority of the buildings to fu11y improved streets.
