Thet the petitioner iequests a varience from the Anaheim Municipal Code: SeCtion 18o32e 120~ which requires 14 parking spaces per dwelling unit in a garage9 to develop subject property with carportsa 2. That thece are exceptional or extraordinery ciccumstances or conditions epplicable to the propnrty involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generelly to the prope~y or cless of use in the aeme vicinity end zone. 3. Thet the requested varience is neceasnry for the preservation end enjoyment,of e aubstanG.+l property right possessed by other p:operty in the seme v:cinity end zone, and denied to the propedy in question. 4. That the rear and side walls of the proposed carports shall be finished with exterior building materiaTs, that enclosed storage cabinets with a minimum capacity of one hundred cubic feet shall be provided at the rear wall, and that adequate ~umper guards shall be provided to protect the interior walls of the carports prior to final building inspect3on.
