WHEREAS, the City Plsaning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permit fcom FIRST MHTHODIST CHURCH OF ANAHEIM, A CORPORATION, 305~.Eas.t. Broadway~
Anaheim, California, O~nmers of certain real property situated in the.City of Anaheim,
Coimty of Orange, State of California, described as Lot Noso 26, 27, 2&, and 29~of the
Center Tract and further described as 305 E~st Broadway, Anaheim, California

WHEZEAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public liearing at the City Hall in the City of Anateeim on
November 13~ 19639 a! 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said pubiic hearing havin~ been duly given as cequired by
lew end in eccocdance with the p:ovisions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Cheptec 18.64, to hear and considec evidence "

proposed use in e msnner not detrimental tq the pacticulaz area nor to the peace, health, sefery, end general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. .
q. Thet the granting c+f the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petitiort for Condit:onal Use Peemit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisitc
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to presecve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That the sidewalksy curbs, and damaged and~ox hazardous s3dewalks, shall be removed
and~or reconstructed along Broadway attd Philadelphia S~t~eetsy as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance rr`th standard plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer prior to fina'1 building inspe~tiono
2o That subject p•roperty shall be developod subs•tantiaily in accordance with plans and
