' , ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on November 13~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by lew end in accocdence with the pmvisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider eridence for end against said propoaed coaditional use and to investigate and make findings and rernmmendetiona in connection therewith; end . WHEREAS, seid Commisaioa, efter due inapectioa, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and after due consideration of all evidence and cepoda offered at said hearing, does find and determine the followiag feMs: I. That the proposed nse is properly one for which a Canditiunal,Uae Pecmit is authodzed by this Code, to `wit: estab'lish a lighi: manufacturing warehousing and distributing facility within 330 feet. of the exterior boundaries of a public school on sub,ject pr.opertyo 2. Thet th~E proposed use wlll not edversely a£fect.the edjoining land nses and the growth end development of the. azea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site propoaed for the use is adequata to allow the fi:ll developmeat of the proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the particular acea nor to the peece, heulth, sefety, and general welfere of Uie Citizena of the City uf Aneheim. 4.
