~= WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissioa of the City of Maheim did reoeive a verified Petition for Conditionel '
i, Use Permitfrom BRYAN IAIDUSTRIAL PROPERTIESy INC,,, Ra S, Hoyt, Jro, 146 East Orangethorpe Avenue,
Anaheim, California, Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth`in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
November 13~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
lew end in accocdence with the pmvisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider eridence
for end against said propoaed coaditional use and to investigate and make findings and rernmmendetiona in connection
therewith; end .
WHEREAS, seid Commisaioa, efter due inapectioa, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and cepoda offered at said hearing, does find and determine the followiag feMs:
I. That the proposed nse is properly one for which a Canditiunal,Uae Pecmit is authodzed by this Code, to
`wit: estab'lish a lighi: manufacturing warehousing and distributing facility within 330 feet.

2. Thet th~E proposed use wlll not edversely a£fect.the edjoining land nses and the growth end development of
the. azea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site propoaed for the use is adequata to allow the fi:ll developmeat of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the particular acea nor to the peece, heulth, sefety, and general welfere
of Uie Citizena of the City uf Aneheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentnl
to the peace, health, seEety, and genecel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does he:eby grant subject
Petition for Condi~ional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery pre:equisite
to the ptoposed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That tn~ ^~ving shall be installed along Loara Streety as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plan~ and specif ications on file in the office
of the City Engineer prior to Fina1 Bui'lding Inspection.,
2o That the sidevralks shall be installed a'long Loai•a Streety as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer prior to Final Building Tnspection~
3o That the driveways shall be insta'lled aiong ~.oara and Mab1e Streetsy as required
by the Citx Engineer and in accordance with standard p'lans and specificatians on file in
the office of the City Engineer priox• to fina'1 build3ng inspection~
