tain real property situated in the City of Anahelmy County of 0•range, State of California,
described as the South 308.21 feet of that portion of Lot 11 of the Miles Rancho, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 4y page 7, Miscellaneous Mapsy records of said Orange Countyy
described as followsa Beginning at a point on the Eas~terly line of Lot 11, 65208 feet South

November 13~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., hotice of said public hearing having been duly given as requi:ed by
law and in accoedence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and cons:der evidence
for end ageinst said proposed condit3onal use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions ia connection
thecewith; and • .
WHEREAS, said Commission, aftet dae inspection, iavestigation, and study made by itself aad in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evideace and repods offered et seid headng, does find aad determine the following facts:
I. That 4he proposed nse is pcoperly one for which a Conditioaal.Use Perinit is euthorIzed by this Code, to
wit: est~blish a speecti:and languag~ development center on subject p*opertya
2. That the peoposed use will not adveraely affect,the adjoining .and uses end the growth end development of
the azea in which it is proposed to be locafed.
3. That the size and shape of the site ptoposed f~r the,use is adequaCe to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a man.~:: not detrimentel to the particulac area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City "f Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, heal:h, safety, and genewl welfece of the Citizens of the City af Aneheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does heteby grant subject
Petition fot Conditional Use Fermit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary precequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to p:eserve the safety and gene:al welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: . ~
la That the owners of subject property shail deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of
land fifty-three (53} feet in width9 from the centerline of the street7 along La Palma Ave-
nue9 for street widening pu.rposesa
2a That the owners of subject property sha'l1 deed to the Cit•y of Anaheim a three (3)
foot overhar,g easement along the west bounda.ry of subject propert•ya
3a That Condition Noso 1 and 2, above mentioned9 sha11 be compTied with within a
