WHEREAS, the City Planaing Comwissioa of the City of Aaaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionnl
iTse Permitfsom PERPETUAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION9 9720 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills,
California, Owners; So V~ HUNSAKER AND SONS, P, Oo Box 1216, Fleetwood Annex, Covina,
California, Agents of.cextain real property situated in the Ci~y of Anaheim, County of
Oran~ge, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in.full,

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the ~ity of Anaheim on
