LEWIS.JQHNSON, 10230.Cole Road, Whittier, California; Ovmer; JOHN Ho GORMLEY, 1371 S. Walnut Street, La Habra, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the Cii:y of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot Noe 9 of Tract No. 3203, and further described as 1343-1345 South Los Angeles Street . ' ; end WHEF.EAS, the City Plannin~ Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City o: Anaheim on November 27~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving beep duly given as required by law and in eccordance with the proviaions of tha Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence for and egainst aeid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendetlona in connection therewith; snd • • ' WHEREAS, said Commisaion, efter due inspec¢ion, investigetion, end study made by itself and in ita behalf, and efter due considetation of all evideaee and reports offe~ed at said heacing, does find and determiae the following facts: ~ ; 1. Thet the proposed use ia peopetly one for which e Conditional Uae Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish a cocktail lounge ii~ conjunction with a restaurant on sub3ect property. 2. That the prooosed use is incompatible to the area in which it is proposed to be i located. 3< That the prospective property owner, who also owns five buildings adjacent to f subject property opposed the establishment of the proposed usee ~ 4. That subject property is deed restricted to service station only, or any C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone use. 5. That the granting ~f the Conditional Use Permit, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety9 and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. ' 6.
