CLASSIFICATION FOR PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0, 63-64-~0
VJHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did recommend for approval Petition of
Reclassif ication No~ 63-64-40 to the City Council for C-~1, Neighborhood Commercial,
Zone for Parcels Nosn 1 and 2y on September 30, 1963yand
WHERFAS, finding Noo 4 of the aforementioned resolution stateds "That the
Commission recommends that the R••A9 Residential Agriaulturaly Zone pa•rcels be
reclassified as C-•1, Neighborhood Commercial9 Zone to provide for a more orderly dev-
elopment of suhject property, and
WHEREAS, in Commission Resolutuion Noo 927, Series 1963••64y page 29 did not
designate that Parcel Noso 1 and 2 be reclassified as C-1, Neighborhood Ccmmercial,
Zoneo
N7W9 THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED, that Page 2, Pa•ragraph 1, of Fesolution No~ 927,
Series 1963-64 be amended to read as followsa
"NOW9 'THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLI/ED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby recommend to the City Council of the City o.f Anaheim that sub~ect Petition for
Reclassification be approved ard, by so doing, that T3tle 18-Zoning of the M aheim
Municipal Code b~ amended to exclude t2ie above described property from the R-A, R~~idential
Agricu'ltural, Zane for Parcel Nosa l and 2, and to incorporate said described property
into the C~1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone upon •the fo21o-~ving conditions which are hereby
found to ba a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to
preserve the safety.and generaL welfare of the Ci•tizens of the Citiy of Anaheimo
