~ BE AMENDED FOR THE SUBMISSION OF A REVISID LEGAL DESCRIPTION TITLID "EXFIIBIT A"9
~ AND REFER TO SAID FROPERTY AS THE RIVERVI~YV ANNEXATION NOo 2 BY THIS ACTIONa

WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission did recommend for approval P.etition for
Reclass.ification Noo 63-64-45 to the City Council for C~1, Neighborhood Cornmercial, Zone
for Portions "A" and "B" and R-A, Residantial Agricultural9 Zone for Portion "C"; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission Resolution Ploo 943, Series 1963-64, made
reference to "The Riverview Annexation"; and
WHERFAS9 the description of property in the Petition for Reclassification Noo
b3-64-45 was erroneously described in Exhibit "A"g and
WHEREAS, the attached "Exhibit "A" shall represent the true description of
certain real property proposed for Reclassification in petition for Reclassification
Noa 63-64-450
NOW, THEREI~RE, BE IT RESOLVID9 that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
here~y re~ommend to the City Counci'., o'' the Cit}~ of Anaheim ~thafi Resolution Noo 943,
Series 1963-64, recommending approvai ~f retitiun for Reclassification Noa 63-b4-45,
be amended by this action by referring to this action as "The Riverview Annexation
Noo 2", and sui~stituting the attached "Exhibit "A" as the true description of certain
real property in said annexationo
