A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECON~NENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RESOLUTION N0. 832,
SERIES 1963-64 BE RESCINDED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did adopt and recom~nend to the City Council
~esolution Noa 832, Series 1963-64 on July S, 1963, and
NHERF.AS, the City Council did consider said resolution at public hearings on September 3 and
24 and December 3, 1963, and
N!HEREAS, thE City Council did appoint a Service S':ai:ior: ~tLdy Committee, and did refer
said.resolution and standards back to the Planning Caren~jssion fca further study, and
WHEREAS, the City Flanning Commission did consider at ~:~ ,.ci.ioiirned .•egular meeting
held on December 19, 1963, recommended changes to the above r:solution, and
WHEREAS, ~~he City Planning Commission did adopt in Resolution Noso 992, 993 and 994,
Series.1963-64, recommended changes to the originally approved Resolution Noo 832,
Series 1963-640
NOW, THEREFOF,E, BE IT RLSOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim rescinding Resolution Noo 832,
Series 1963-64, because of the fact.that Resolution Noso 992, 993, and 994, Series 1963-64
supersede said resolutiono
