ECKSTEIN, 906.South.Birchleaf Drive, Anaheim, California, Ownerq KEITH NOSACK, 1830 South..West Street, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the East.150 feet of the.West 190 feet of the northwest quarter of the northwest.quarter of the nor.thwest quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, irr the office of the county recorder of said county, EXCEPT the North 510 feet thereof, and.further described as 1840 South West Street ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on Decembex 23~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as zequired by lnw and in eccocdence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heAr and conaider evidence for end against said proposed condiUonal use and to investigate and make findings and cecommendations in connection the:ewith; end • WHEREAS, ~aid Commission, eftee due inapection, investigation, end atudy mede by itself and ia its behelf, and efter due considecation of ell evidence aad repods offeced et said headng, does find aad determine the followiag facts: I. That the gcanting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not 6e detrimentel to the peace, health, saEety, and general welfece of the Citizens ofthe City of Anaheim. 5o That no'one appeared in opposition to subject petition. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file ~ in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. `- 2, That subject property shall Le developed substantially in accordance with plans and ": sppcifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Noso 1, 2, 3 and 4"0 3o That a.minimum 10-foot strip of land shall be landscaped on the West.Street frontage ~ and said landscaping maintained, as indicated on Exhibit No., 1 on file with the City; that ;~ plans for said landscaping shall be submitted to and approved by the Superintendent of Parkway ?
