That owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim th~ sum of $2000 per front foot, along Vermont Avenue, for street lighting purposeso ~ 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance wi~h aoproved plans on file ~ in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to f inal building inspectione • `~ 3o That Condition Noo 1, above.mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of !SO days from date hereof9 or such further time as the Commission may grent. 4e That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and y specifications on file with the Git-3r of Anaheiu~y marked "Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3., 4 and 5", ~ 5o That tree we11s shall be provided at approximate 40-foot intervals in the Vermont Avenue parkway abutting subject property; that plans for said tree wells and planting of trees :S, therein, shall be submitted.to and approv~d by the Superintendent of Parkxay Maintenance; and said tree wells shall be planted with trees prior to final bui.lding inspection.
