RESOLUTI027 NO. 1016, SER7'ES 1963-64 _ A RESOLUTIOTZ OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PE'~ITION k'OR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 524 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receiv~ a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom BANK OF AMERICA, 801 North tdain Street, Santa Ana, California, Owners; ' COLUMBZA OUTDOOR ADVERTISING, 7591 Acacia, Garden Grove, California, Agent of certain real pr.operty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred t.o herein as though set forth in full ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on January 6~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requiied by law snd in accocdeiice with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chaptar 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and egeinst said proposed coaditional ase and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in coanection therewith; and • WHEREAS, said Commissioa, after due ia~pection, Snvestigation, and study mede by itself and in its beholf, ead after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered at aeid hearing, does find end determiae the following fecta: i. That the pcoposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel.Use Paroit io authorized by this Code, to wit:establish a biliboard on subject propertyo . 2. That the proposed use will not advetaely affect.the adjoining laad uses and the gcowth aad development of the atea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size end shape of the site pcoposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the p~oposed use in e menner not detrimentel to ~e particular asea nar to the peace, health, sefety, and geaeral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. Thet the grenting oE the Conditionel Use Permit under thc conditions imposed, if any, will no4 be detrimentel to the peace, health, safety, and genecel welfece of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
