That th2 completion of these reclassification proceedings is contingent upon the granting of a variance. 2a That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width, from the center line of the streat, along Crescent Avenuey for street widening purposes. 3o That Condition Noo 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a per:iod of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant. 4. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and .specifications on file wit}i the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Nos. 1 thru 6", and in accordance with all provisions of the C-0, Commercial Office, Zoneo 5o That access ri9hts to Fairhaven Street shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim.
