RESOLUTION N0. 1024, SERIES 1963-64
A RESC?LUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMZSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING SPECIAL USE PERMIT NDo 84.
WHEREAS9 the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant Special Use Permit
Naa 84, on October 3, 1960, for the development of hospitals on subject property, and
WHF~tFAS, the Planning Commission did receive a letter from the new owner of subject
property requesting that Special Use Permit Noa 84 be terminated, and
WHEREASy said Commission did review Codea Section Noo 18~680040, and does find that
specific conditians stated in the respect=ve resolution of approval of subject petition were
not accomplished within the time limit specified nor within any reasonable time thereafter, and
WHEREAS9 said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and studies made by itself
and in .its behalf does find and determi.ne that subject petition has expired and is void under
the provision of Section 180680040 of the Anaheim Municipal Code~
I~OW, THEREFC)RE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Comtr~ission of the City of Anaheim
hereby.terminates Petition for Special Use Variance Noo 84 as requested by the new owner of
said property, and because said Petition is null and void because conditions attached in its
approval have not been meto '
