PC 1963-1964-1026,~a, "~- ' ~ ' :~ e `"::. 3';;' > ;. ,~;~j ;; :~ ;,~ ~ ~ ~~ ;:a i RESO•:.UTiON N0. 1026, SERIES 1963=64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. ~ BE DENIED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional UsePermitfcom SAMUEL FINK and JACK MESHEKOW, 1218 Sixth Street, Santa Monica, California, Owners; DALE Ho HEINLY, P, Oe Box 927, Santa Ana, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Caunty of Oxange, State of California as described in Exhibit '`A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth i,n full ; and WHEF.Ee~S, the City Planning Commission did hold e oublic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on January 20' 1964, et 7.:00 o'clock P.M., notice o: said public headng having been duly given as req~ured by law end in accordence with the pmvisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider avidence for end against said ptoposed conditional use and to investigete and make findings end cecommendetions in connection the:ewlth; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, inves2igetion, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and efter due considecation oi ell evideaca a;.d :agorts offe:ed et a~d hemring, does find and detecmine the followL~g fads: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish a restaurani ~r tavern serving wi~ie a~iu uee~•. 2. That the petiti.oner indicated at the public hearing that the proposed use was fo.r the sale of bee.r and wine in conjunction with a restaurant. 3. That the proposed use is incompatible to the neighborhood Coimnercial uses established adjacent to sub~ect property. 4. That the proposed use would be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the community in which subject property is located. 5. That in the best intere~t of the area this should be maintained as neighborhood commercial :oninq.without permitting uses filed through a petition for a conditional use permit. 6.
