WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Heli in the City of Anaheim on
January 20~ 1964~ at 7.:00 o'dock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evldence
for and.egainst said proposed wnditioaal use :nd to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection

after due consideration of all evideace end reporta offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the~following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional ~Use Permit is authodzed by thie Code, to
wit:establish a family billiard center to be,used foi recreation without serving or vending
of liquor or alcoholic beverageso
2. Thet the p:oposefl use will not adve~sely effect.the adjoining laad uses and the growth end development of
the erea in which it is proposed to be located. ~
3. That the aize end shage of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welffare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does he:eby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are here6y found to be a necessery pcexequisite
to the ptoposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and @enera: welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
le That subject property shali be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim9 marked "Exhibit Noso 19 2 and 3"0
