RESOLUTION N0. 1030, SERIES 1963-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEPd THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1618 _ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Pxanning Commission of ihe City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience from GAIL VARY, P, Oe Box 67, Anaheim, California, O,vner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Ora~ge, State of California, described as Lot 5 in block "D" of the "Lorelei Tract" as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 29, page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of I.os Angeles County, California ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City oF Aneheim on JanUaTy 20~ 1964~ et ~:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to heac and consider evidence for and egainst seid praposed variance end to investigete e.nd make findings and recommendations in connec- tion the:ewith; and K'HEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, end after due consideration of ell evidence end reports offered as seid hearing, does Eind ar' detecmine the following facts: 1. That the petitioner requests a varience from the Aneheim Municipel Code: SeCtion 18.32.120~ whiCh requires the provision of five garages in conjunction with the development of subject orooerty with four-plexesy to permit the construction of four garages. 2. Thet there are exceptional or extcaordinary circnmstattee~ or conditions applicable to the p:opecty involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply genecelly to the property or cless of use in tl~e seme vicinity and zone. 3. That the ovmers of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dweliing unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the buiiding permit is issued. 2. That trash storage areas shall be prov3ded in accordance with approved plans on file in the off ice of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. 3. That this variance is grantec subject to the comhletion of Reclassifica.tion No. 63-6~-74. 4. That sub~ect property shall be developed subsi;antially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4".
