A'RESOLllTION OF T[-IE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TFIE CITY OF.ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENf N0. 5 BE.APP&OVED
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General
Plan by Resolviion~No. o3R-869, showing the generai descriptio~.and.~tent_af... .
land uses'within the City and indicating th2 present belief of the Council as
to possible future..development..and.rede.velopment.of land within. the. City;_~nd.......
WHEREAS, the City Planniqg Commission of the City of..Anaheim..did.._
receive a ~erified Petition for Reclassification Noe 63-64-75~ which petition
hag implications.on..paLicies..as expressed on.said Genaxal..Plan;. and..,.. ..-.
WE~REAS, in conjunction with the notice of the hearirng..on_.said r.e-
cl'assifica.tinn,.notice was also given regarding the considexatinn_.of_an amend-.
ment to the General Plan in the general location and vicinity.of subject property
of. said. recla.ssification; and • ~ .• • -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the I
City Hall in the City of Anaheim on February 3, 1964, at 2:00 o°clock P,M,, '
notice of said.public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in
accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said Amendment to the General Pian and said proposed ~
Petition for Reclassification to investigate and make findings and recommendations
in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study
made by itself and in its behalf anG after due consideration of al' evidence and
reports offered at said hearing, DOES HEREBY FIND
la That evidence was presented at said hearing which justifies the
City Planning Commission°s recommending to the City Council a
change in the present general description and extent of land uses
in the aforementioned areao
2. That Exhibit Noo 1 of General Plan Amendment Noa 5 does constitute
an acceptable alternative to current policies as illustrated on
the General Plano

NOW, THFREF()REy BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of
the City of M aheim does hereby recommend to the City Counci'1 of the City of
Anaheim that subject General Plan Amendment be approved on the basis of the
aforementioned findings amd in accordance, with Exhibit Noa le
