That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 30-fePt in width, from the center line of the street, along "E" Street, for si:reet widening purposeso 6< That owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2000 per front foot, along Crowther Avenue and Orangethorpe Avenue, for street lighting purposese 7. That owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along Crowther Avenue, Orangethorpe Avenue and "E" Street, for tree planting purposes. Se That the completition of these reclassification proceedings is contingent upon the granting of Conditional Use Permit Noo 5300 9o That Condi~tion Nos, 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant. 10. That subject property shall be deve~oped substantially in accor.dance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked '=Exhibit Nose 1 through 5", as amended hereino 11.
