A RESOLLrfION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NOo 3 BE DISAPPROVED
~:}~~~~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General
s"p Plan by Resolution No. 63R-869, showing the general description and.extent of
l ~ Iand uses within the City and indicating the present belief of the Council as
_ ~ to possible future development and redevelopment of land within the.City; and
:`'a r WHERERS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did re-
~ ceive a verified Petition for Reclassification Noo 63-64-61, which petition has
~;,? ! impl.ications on policies as expressed on said General Plan; and

.~ WHEREAS, in conjunction with the notice of the hearing on said reclass-
ification, notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to
' the Genere~ Plan in the general location and vicinity of ~subject pro~erty of said
~s~ reclassification; and
1 WI~REAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the
-' ` City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Febru3ry 3, 1964, at 2:00 o'clock P.M.,
~;i s; no~ice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by lau~ and in
accordance with the provis~ons of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider
~~~~ evidence for and against said Amendment to the General Plan and said proposed
~,~ Petition for Reclassification to investigate and make findings and recommendations
~f in connection therewith; and

=i fâ 4VE~REAS, said Commission after due inspection~, investigation, and study
+ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
~ reports offered at said hearing, DOES HEREBY FIND

1. That the present general description and extent of land uses in the
aforementioned area adequately represents past and current City
' policies regarding possib2e future development af said ge~~eral areao
^:~ i' 2> That no evidence was presented at said hearing which would justify
`J ' the City Planning Commission recommending a change in the above-
;~ mentioned policies to the City Councilo

NOW, Tf-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha.t the.City Planning Commission of..
the City of Anaheim does hereby recommend to the City Council o£.the City of
