WHEREAS, the City Council of the.City of Anaheim.did• adopt a..General ~

lan~ uses within the City and indicai:ing the present belief of.the Council as
to possible..future..development.and.redevelopment of.land. v~ithin..the City;...and ,!
NlHF.REAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim ditL
receive a verified Petition for Reclassification Nos. 63-04-60.and 63-64-78,
which pe.tition has implications on policies as expressed on said General Plan;

WHEREAS, in corjunction with the notice of the hearing o~1 said reclass-
ification,,notice.was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to
the GeneraZ Plan in the general location and vicinity of subj.ect property of said
re'classification;..and
, WEIEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the
City Hall.in the City of Anaheim on February 3, .1964, at 2:00 o'clock P,M,,
~ notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in
accardance ~niith the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider
„_ evsdence for and ageinst said amendment to the u'eneral ~'lan and said proposed
Petition for Reclassification to investigate and make findings and recommendations

WE~REAS~ said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study
made by itself and in its benali and aiter due consideration o: all evidence and
~ reports~offered at~said hearing, DOES HEREBY FIND
lo That evidence was presented at said h~aring which justifies the City
Planning Commission's recommending to the City Council•a change in
the present general description and~ext'ent of land uses in the
aforementioned areao "
2. That Exhibit No, 2 of General Plan Amendment No. 2 does conStitute `
an acceptable alternative to current policies as illustrated on the ~

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of
the City of Maheim does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that subject General Plan Amendment be approved on the basis of
the aforementioned findings and in accordance, with Exhibit No. 2.
