PC 1963-1964-1051,, A f?ESOLUTION OF TE~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAE~IM THAT GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENf N0. 7 BE.DISAPPROVED ~ i i WHEREAS, i;he City Council of the City of Anaheim.did_adop.t a.Genexal ..._ ~ Plan by Resolution Noo 63R-869, sliowing the general description.and...extent.of ~ Tand uses within the City and indicating the present belief of the Council as to possible future development and redevelopment of land within the.City;. and 1 WE~REAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did re- ceive a verified Petition for Reclassification No. 63-64-84, which petition has implications on pqlicies as expressed on said General Plan; and ~ WI-IEREAS, in conjuncti.on with the notice of the hearing on said reclass- ifications notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to ; t}~e General Plan in the ganeral location and vicinity of subject property of said "~~"ieclassiF?~~ation; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on February 3, '1964, at 2:00 o'clock P.Mo, notice of said public hearing having been duly given as re.quired by law and in . ~accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidenoe for and against said Amendment to the Geneial Plan and said proposed Petition for Reclassification to investigate and r~ake firidings and recommendations - in connection therewith; and ~ WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection~ investigation, and study ~ made by i'tself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and ~ reports offered at said hearing, DOES HERERY FIND ~ 1. That the present general description and extent of land uses in the aforementioned area adequately represents past and current Gity policies regarding possible future development of said general areae 2. That no evidence was presented at said hearing which would justify the City Plannin; Commission recommending a change in the above- mentioned policies to the City Council. ~ 3.
