SERIES 1963-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CIiY PLANNING ODMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REWMMENDING TO TfiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT GEN~iAL PLAN AMENDMENT N0, 9 BE DISAPPROVID WHEREASy the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General Plan by Resolution No. 63R-869, showing the general description and extent of land uses within the Clty and indicating the present belief of the City Council as to possible future development and redevelopment of land within the Cityg and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission o: tl~e City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Reclassification Noo 63-64-83, which petition has implications on poiicies as expressed on ssid General Plan; and WHEREAS, in con3unction with the notice of the hearing on said Reclass- if ication, notice was'aTsb given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of subject property of said Reclassif ication; and WHERFAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on February 17, 1964, at ~a00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear arid consider evidence for and against said Amendment to the General Plan and said proposed Petition for Reclassification to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith, and WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, DOES HERIDY FIND 1. That the present general description and extent of land uses in the aforementioned area adequately represents past and current City policies regarding possible future development o: said general area. 2. That no evidence was presented at said hearing which would justify the City Planninq Commission recommending a change in the above- mentioned policies to the City Councilo 3.
