RESOLUTION N0, 1058, SERTES 1963-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RE~NiMENDING TO THE CITY ~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NOo 10 BE APPROVID WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General Plan by Resolution No. 63R-869, showing the general description and extent of land uses within the City and indicating the present belief of the Council as to possible future development and red'evelopment of land within '•;he City; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commis~'.on of the City of Anahaim did receive a verified Petition for Reclassification Noo 63-64-62, which petition has implications on policies as expressed on said Genaral Plan; and WHEREAS, in conjunction with the notice of the hearing on said reclass- ification, notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of subject property of said reclassification; and WHEFZEAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City oi Anaheim on February I7, 1964 at 2e00 o'clock PoM., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against said Amendment to the General Plan and s'aid proposed Petition for Reclassification to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itse.lf and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, DOES.HERffiY FIND 1. That evidence was presented at said hearing which justifies the City Planning Commission's recommending to the City Council a change in the present general description and extent of land uses in the aforementioned area. 2.
