A RESOLYITION OF THE CITY PLANNRJG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
~ THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 540 BE GRANTED ;

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Meheim did initia•te a veri:icd Petltion
for Conditional L'se Permit on certain real property situated in the,City of Anaheim, '
County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
referred to herein as though set forth in.full •

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
February 17~ 1964~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering having been duly given as requiced by
law and in accordence w:itt the provisions of the lv~eheim iriunicipel code, Cnapfer 15.64, to hear and considee evideiae ''
for end ageinst suid proposed coudltionel use and to investigate and make findinge and recommendations in connection
therewith; end .

WHEREAS, seid Commissian, aftez due inspection, investlgation, and study'made by itself ead in its behalf, end j
eftr.s due consideration oE all evideace and reports ofleced at said hearing, does find and determine the following facta:

' wit:use an'ezisting residence in the R~I9 One Family Residential9 Zone for a rea~'estate •~
ap~raisal office. !
2. Tha~ the propo3ed use aill aot edvecsely affect,the adjoining land uses end the growth aad deveIopment of ~
the erea in which it is proposed to be located. ;
3. That the aize and shape of the site ptopased for the use is adequate to allow the full development ofthe
proposed use in a mannex not detdmentel to the pediculae ecea nor to the peace, health, safety, and genernl'welfare 1
of tha Citizens of the City of Aneheim. . '
4. That the g~enting of the Coaditionel Use Per.ait under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental ~

~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planniag Commission does heceby grant subject
. Petition ~ot Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to presecve the sefety and general welfere ofthe Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: ,
lo That subject property shall be developed in accordance with all provisions of
Area Developmeat Plan Noo 2, and all provisions of the C-0, Commercial Office9 Zone 3s
amendedo ,
2a That the petitioner shal.l be yranted temporary access to Harbor Boulevard by the
extension of the existing driveway to the existing alley9 such temporary access shall be
discontinued when.the alley is improvedo
3,. That all accesscry buildinqs shall be removed, and the rear of the property shall
Ae improved for parking purposes9 prior to f inal building inspectiono
4a That this Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to the completion or ••
