Use Permit from FOREST LAWN CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, P, Oo Box 1151,Glendale, Califoxnia, Owner
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full
; and
WHEF.EAS, the City Flenning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
February 17~ 1964~ at 2:00 dciock P.M., notice of said pub:ic heering having beep duly given as required by
law and in eccro:dence with the provisiona of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence
foe and egainst seid pcoposed conditionei use and to investigete and meke findings end :ecommendations in connection
theiewith; and •
WHEREAS, said Commiseion, efter due inapection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and repods offeced et said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the ptaposed use is properly one for which a Conditianel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish on sale beer in conjunction with a restaurant on subject property.
