WHEREAS, Petition for Reclassification Noa 56-57-63 was filed on March 6, 1957,

WHEREAS, .the.Planning Commission on April S, 1957, by Resolution Noa 207; Series
1956-57, reconmerided approval of the Recla~sification of subject proper;:y from the R-A,
Residential Agricultural, Zone to the C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on May 7, 1957, by Rescalution Noo 3862 approved the
reclassification of said pxoperty from the R-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone to the
C-3, Heavy Commer.cial, Zane.subject to the following conditionsa
1. That the otivna:s o: subject prop~rt~ de~d te ±he City of Anaheim a strip
of land 20-£eet in width along Ball Road for strest widening purposes.
2. That all engineering requirements of the City pf Anaheim be complied with
as required by the.City Engineer>
3e lhat the owners of sub~ect property.place of record appropriate C-3 Deed
Restrictions as required by the City of Anaheim and approved by the City
ltittorne.y.
4. That said change of zone shall not become eff2ctive unless, within sixty
~ays, or such further time as .the Council may grant, the r.estrictions.herein
xequired to be:.imposed upon the.property shall have been executed.by the
owners._of the property, submitted to the City for approval.and filed of
record, nor,until.deeds for street widaning or utility purposes, when ~equired,
shall have been executed and del3vered to the City.
WHEREAS, on Nouember 18, 1958, the City Clerk advised the petitioner that said
file was..r.e.turned to the City Planni: g Depar.tment, .and the petit3oner was rer{uested to appear
on .or_befor.e •October 18, .19589 to shou~ c2use ::~h~ saidtf i le • should not.be xeturned to the
Anaheim.City-•Cnuncil for termination or such other action as they.might.wish.to take; and
WHEREAS, said petitioner did not appear nor have the conditions stated in City Council
R~solution of. Intent Noo 3862 been completeda
