WHFFFAS, the City Planning ~c•-m;nissio~ on July l9 1957, did consider Petition for
Reclassif icaLiQa No. 56-57-89 at a public.hearing, and
iNH&RFAS, said petition vras continued to the meeting of August 5, 1957, at which
time it was f.urthex continued.for an inde:inite pericd of time, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on June 15, 1956,did consider Petition for
Reclassificatioa Noo 5.7-58.-E~1 at a public hearing, and
WHEREAS, it was.determinad at said hearing that the petition should have been
requested.under. a Variance, and
WHEREAS, on July 79 19589a Variance No, 1004, was granted by the Planning Commission
for said use, and
WHEREAS, the City Pla~ning Commission on.Spptember 22, 1958, did consider Petition
for Reclassification Noe 58-59-14 at a public hearing, and
WHEREAS9 said netit;or. :Nas den•1Ed tivithcut prejudicQ by tne Flanning Commission on ~
September. 22, 1958, because the pe.titioner did not present pians, and i,
-WHE•.'.ERS...Petition for.Reclassification Noso 56-57-89, 57-58-61 and 58-59-14 have never ~;
been considered by the City Council for review ox~ at a public hearing.
NOW, THEREfi~RE' BE IT RESOLVir~ that the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim ~
recommends to the City .Co.uncil of ..the City of Anaheim the •termination of Reclassification '
Nos. 56-57-89, 57-58-61 and 56-59-14 based on the foregoing findings.
